Expand your Consciousness

Bruce Lipton, PhD is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. He has been a guest speaker on dozens of TV and radio shows, as well as keynote presenter for national conferences. He shares very powerful information in this interview. I read his amazing book 'Spontaneous Evolution'.

Butterflies Are Free to Fly workshops

Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life. This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy or anything you experience and don’t like – is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you. ***Please forgive me, I'm sorry. I love you. Thank you. Ho'oponopono.***

Music! with Bob Sinclair

You have to die to really live, you have to let go of everything to get everything back.

Right now, everything that has ever happened to you has already faded into nothingness. In a sense you are already dead. The worst has already happened! You are already dead!

You spend your life fearing the nothingness of death, only to come to see that there is nothing - and never was anything - to fear. Fear of nothing becomes nothing to fear. Because there is only the ever present appearance of everything, from which you are not separate.

(...) Life is death. These words will never be understood by the seeking mind.

Underneath everything that appears to separate us (our beliefs, our religions, our philosophies, our successes and failures, our opinions, our prejudices and so on), are we not in love, you and me?

Are we not embraced by unconditional love that belongs to nobody? Do we not appear in love, together? I ask again, are we not in love?

- Jeff Foster The Wonder of Being

You may want to use the information in order to evolve.

So what do we choose to introduce within ourselves? Do we continue in darkness/duality, enslaved to indentifications, believe patterns and social/cultural strings, convictions and addictions? Love & Light has the cleansing effect, releasing the pain of ignorance.
